eyes

Whenever I move my eyes from side-to-side I get extremely lightheaded. The feeling is like I will faint. I also get mild "electrical shocks" when i do it, shocks similar to when someone is withdrawing from antidepressants. (Whoever knows that feeling) and tension on the back of my head. If I do it for more than a few seconds then it takes me a few hours to recover from drowsyness. I also have mild pain on top of my eyes when i touch them a bit harder.

Anyway does anyone know what this lightheadedness could be when I move my eyes? Which doctor should I see and what test should I do? My FD thinks its normal but I know it is not when I cannot even throw my eyes on the side let alone focus on something. i have to turn my whole head instead.
