No the correct answer is over growth of bacteria in the vagina which is called bacteria vaginosis its not a sexual bacteria it has to be treated with the medicine called flagyl its i think 14 pills take in 2 pills a day until there all gone even though the smell is gone still take all that medicine

stop everything that isn't doing any good!  and relax!  it could be a hormonal imbalance.  you could have excess of some chemical in your body that comes out in your sweat, tears, saliva, anything.  u know u r clean, and the DR knows u r clean, there are some feminine perfumes on the market that may halp u feel more comfortable.
i have an excess of testosterone and smell like a man when i sweat, it's gross, so i use a bit of underarm deodorant in the knock on either side of my bikini area, helps me, but only a little, that stuff can give you skin cancer!
good luck!

First of all, stop douching. A douche will mess up the natural balance of yeast and bacteria in your vagina. This could be causing the odor, since douche chemicals are unhealthy for you. It could possibly also be your diet affecting your natural smell. Make sure you wear cotton underwear too -- synthetic materials can create a weird smell. If your doctors say you have no infections, I wouldn't worry too badly. Is the smell only when you're having sex? If so, it could just be the smell of your lube mixed with your natural odors. I hope this helps.
