From the RN- you can go to see your primary. This is not to say for sure you have any type of erectile dysfuction. But if you do, it's best to know now! I know it's easy to hear that you're fine and to try self-fix it tricks, but your health is more important and it would be a shame if this went on for years before you got help.

Dude, you probably don't have no erectile dysfunction. You're fine. Stay away from masturbation for a couple of weeks so you can increase your sex libido, confidence, and more focus in getting a proper erection with a real woman.
thank u for your piece of advice..
1 more question then
what type of a doctor should I visit?
is there a certain erectile dysfunction one?
What this sounds like is some type of erectile dysfunction, which can be easily fixed by a visit to the doctor. I would suggest going to the doctor because he can conduct certain tests that can rule out any serious condtitions that could be causing this. Erections have to do with blood vessels and blood flow and nerves, and if one of those is affected or irritated, that can cause dysfunction. The solution: simply unblocking the blood vessel or figuring out how to release the nerve. It's a good sign that your penis gets hard when you masterbate, that shows that full erection is possible. Being that you're 19 you are certainly at the age where you can visit you're own doctor and ask this age appropriate question/talk about this problem. And being that you're a healthy guy, it's a good idea that you ensure everything is healthy, and just in case, rule out abnything that might be wrong. Just suggestions.
