I am 31 yeas male. It's been 5 yrs since married. Everything was good but form just one month wherever I tried to have sex my penis is not getting tight or it getting tight eventually but when prepare to have sex it again loosen down.

In masturbate, I can eject my sperm. The only problem is my penis not getting  tight.

I have no bard health records.

It's very embarrassing for me, now we want top pan for baby.

pls advise to cure this

Yes porn and masturbation is the key player in ED, stop doing both. and let natural forms of stimulation, such as sex to take over. the thing is i have the same thing.
the brain/penis, is so used to being jerked off/watching porn/orgasm, it will negate all other forms of stimulation.

I have same problem. I can eject the sperm.  I am watching so much porn and masturbate everyday ans used through with it. now, I having difficulty while prepare to sex, again loosen down. did you guys found solutions.

I would like to add that I can do masturbate & erection during this.

I can feel watching porn movie my penis get tight

But

While doing sex it loosen down.

I am also doing keger exercise to make PC muscle strong.

looks like his ed is caused by the masturbation. stop mb for a few weeks, or months and you will be fine.

I would say you need to have a dr check up. You can check into some meds
like Cialis for controlling the erection..
