Am I having ED?

2 days ago until now I can't get any erection.. The day before I can't erection, I had twice mb, I mb around 2am , then I went to sleep, I woke up and I did again around 5 am while watching porn.. Early in the morning, my penis still get erection but weak.. Just now I had a kinda a wet dream, it's still erection after I woke up.. If I don't do anything like watching porn or sexy woman, my penis become so small and my scrotum have large surface, like melting, I can see my testis' shape clearly.. Recently I had a stress with my gf because she keep lying to me , It made my heart broke.. besides, I can't mb at all, it doesnt show any erection.. I always 1 mb for a week but 2days ago I had twice mb.. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.. Please help me .

Hi Im Jd,I am a man who's taking dianne 35 pill for acne prevention and lightning skin. I am taking dianne for almost 2 months now and its really effective for my skin. However, I had a sex to my partner and my **** did not errect. Is this the side effect of the pill? Do I need to drink something to prevent the same issue while drinking dianne or do I need to stop the pill? Please help. Im taking dianne twice a day. Waiting for your favorable response

Please, don't worry. Problems with erection can occur because of stress. It will return back when you calm down.
I don't think there are reasons to visit the doctor. Just try to manage your stress as soon as possible.
