The only time to be concerned is if your penis curves so extremely that you're in pain or it’s difficult to be sexual with a partner. This is called "Peyronie's Condition." Now here’s some good news: It is estimated that approximately 20% of men who have Peyronie’s will have improvement or complete correction of their penile curvature within the first 12 months of their condition. Most of these curvatures are caused by calcification, and they usually go away with time.
However, if you've had a painful curvature for several years, you might want to see a urologist for diagnosis and suggestions. Dr. J
