Dark semicircle on the penis corona which is gradually spreading upwards

Hi,

I had unprotected(oral, vaginal and anal) sex with my girlfriend 2 weeks ago. Since then I am seeing a slight dark red semicircle around the corona of my glans penis. It is gradually increasing in size in upwards direction to the tip of glans penis. I don't feel any itch, swelling or discomfort on my penis because of this dark patch. But it looks weird to me as it was never before. Also I have seen a loss in erection since then. Previously I was able to erect myself on my own will anytime. Now I have to put more efforts and and even then the erection is not that hard as it was used to be earlier. This is creating mental stress for me now.

I did some research online (which I know is stupid sometimes) to get an idea how to describe it to someone. And it looks like a mild form of "Balantitis" or

P.S. - My girlfriend who is in other city now told me that she also faced some fungal infection inside her vagina to which she applied moisturizing cream and it got cured. She met with a doctor and the doctor told her its was a normal yeast infection(sometimes from going to public toilets etc) and nothing to worry about it. Also she prescribed a cytology test for her just be sure about anything. Just giving this info along with my case if it is related.

Any help on this is highly appreciated.

Thanks,

mavmoh
