Diagnosis and operation of pelvic floor muscles?

Hi,
I'm suffering from ED and now I'm quite sure that it is my pelvic muscles that are the cause of it. Withouth going too much into details, there are many facts that lead me to this conclusion. The problem is, that many "experts" for impotence don't seem to deal with the pelvic floor muscles, so all the guys who reply me on other internet-forums, including Urologist, simply tell me that they have never seen a case like mine and have no idea of how to diagnose this or how to help me. I don't have to tell you that this makes me quite desperate. So, I hope that one of you could maybe just tell me if there is something to do about the pelvic floor muscles, by the way: I know that there are some electrical  apparatuses that can help to train the pelvic floor, I used one and it helped me quite well for some weeks but then everything went down like before. Therefore I think that it is not so much the strength but that something is "disconnected". I could name some facts that would support this opinion but first of all, I would just appreciate if somebody could tell me if there is a possibility to diagnose and even operate the muscles of the pelvic floor. Thank you
Christoph

Hi Christoph.  I think I have a similar problem to you... it certainly feels that it is the same issue that you describe.  I have felt very alone and had to do all of my own research. Doctors dont have any clues as to what is the cause of my problem, but it does feel as though it is the pelvic floor.  I am still in this condition and don't know what I can do, but one thing that has caused mild improvement for me is Avena Sativa (a homeopathic remedy). I was very skeptical about trying it, but it seemed to make a little difference, although I still feel the "disconnection" that you described.  I hope it will have some effect for you.
