Hi. every one. please guide me in this regard. that i am only 24 years old and have not had sex.but had a habit of pressing my penius. and i am used to sleep while keeping my **** down to the floor. and its been years that i cant evn count. now vains at my **** are very prominent and i loose my *** very early even when i press my **** a little. and i am so afraid of exposing my self to any docter. please help me in this regard. and i have completely lost my erection now
