I am 32 and i never experience a complete erection

I am 28, i notice ever since i was 10 that there was something abnormal with my erection, since i see my brothers with some sorts of erection and i knew i never had it standing up fully or strong. I do enjoy sex of great deal but the problem that i have been facing all my life is not having complete erection and weak erection that only last for few minutes. I have seen so many doctors and lately an urologist but they seems not to understand what my problem is aside the fact that the test result shows that i have low testosterone and cholestrol. But could that have been the problem since i have had it all my life. Secondly, i have been on testestorone replacement and statin for cholestrol and no positive effect for 5 months now. am also on icp treatment program which has shown no improvement. I have also taken sereis of drugs from viagra to levitra and all these advertised natural male enhancer and none has ever worked. I need serious and immediate help. Hope someone out there can feel my pains. Please help me, am frustrated.

What did your urologist tell you exactly? Your case seems to be very complex and I suggest you seek a second opinion (i.e. another urologist or urology clinic). You'll have to do a series of tests to determine the exact cause of your problem - your low testosterone levels may not explain everything, ED is a multifactorial condition.

As for the right treatment, again, only a doctor can help you. PDE-5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra) are usually effective but they don't work for everyone. Vigamed (oral phentolamine) is a new ED drug that blocks alpha receptors and improves blood flow to the penis. I'm very sceptical about natural supplements, but PRELOX (L-arginine + pycnogenol) seems to be effective. For the most severe cases of ED, there are also penile injections.

I suggest you do your research and read as much as you can on this subject.

Good luck!

as long as there is not physical damage to your penis or rupture then there is a very high chance you can be fixed. you need to find a very good endocrinologist who will deal with hormone replacement properly. its a lot more then just your t level. other things like E2 need to be monitored.
