What did your urologist tell you exactly? Your case seems to be very complex and I suggest you seek a second opinion (i.e. another urologist or urology clinic). You'll have to do a series of tests to determine the exact cause of your problem - your low testosterone levels may not explain everything, ED is a multifactorial condition.
As for the right treatment, again, only a doctor can help you. PDE-5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra) are usually effective but they don't work for everyone. Vigamed (oral phentolamine) is a new ED drug that blocks alpha receptors and improves blood flow to the penis. I'm very sceptical about natural supplements, but PRELOX (L-arginine + pycnogenol) seems to be effective. For the most severe cases of ED, there are also penile injections.
I suggest you do your research and read as much as you can on this subject.
Good luck!
as long as there is not physical damage to your penis or rupture then there is a very high chance you can be fixed. you need to find a very good endocrinologist who will deal with hormone replacement properly. its a lot more then just your t level. other things like E2 need to be monitored.
