If your problem is not responding to medication, you may do specific exercises. Google, male deer exercise, kegel exercise, Sat kriya. Do these exercises for 2 months. If you get arousal, calm it by slow,deep, and even abdominal breathing. Adopt healthy life style. I think, you will find improvement within 2 months.
