Hello, I'm 24 years old.  I've been masturbating from 8 years everyday while watching porn or on phone talking to my gf.

The fact that you can get an erection with your gf proves that there cant be too much wrong. Some people say that if you dont want to be doing something, emotionally, then you can physchiologically stop yourself doing it..
