I know that with so many online pharmacies offering viagra (often scammy, if you ask me) and countries with less stringent rules regarding availability of viagra than my own . . .   it is tempting to self treat. With your cardiac history, don't do it. Make your gp appointment and get on their wait list for a cancellation. They often have them. You can show up in one of their cancelled slots and often the wait is not nearly as long as you think. You may not get an appointment today, but you can get one say down the road and keep asking for it. acute care appointments are set aside each day. Also, schedule a general physical. My insurance requires it annually.  taking virapramil will increase the effect of viagra so dosing will need to be considered thoughtfully and a professional needs to do that. Also, low blood pressure can be problematic. You just really need guidance to use the med with your coronary history.
