Weak Erection

Im 17 in some days i will be 18..Suddenly thesse last days I feel my erection going weaker and its not thick like it used to be.Can this be from mastrubation I mastrubated everyday somedays even more than one time,I feel tired too and my body feels weak Im tired mentally too Can someone help me pls becouse the erection thing its really making me nervous and angry.when im siting i get a full erect as soon as I stand up I start to lose it I can cotroll it and its annoying me so much

Hi,
No, masturbation doesn't affect erection.
Being tired can be the cause. You see, to get a hard erection your body requires energy and if there is a poor source of energy, erection problems can occur.
Please, don't worry, as it is another cause of sexual problems. Try to relax and get enough rest and you will see the improvement.

Thank You Doctor I googled them and did them.So does this mean the mastrubation did not harm me doctor ?

Do abdominal breathing for 10 minutes twice a day. you can do male deer exercise and add one more exeercise called kegel. Google all the three, learn and practice. Masturbation is a natural habit. It does not harm if is done in one's limit without outside stimulation. The worrying about the sex problem is more harmful than the act. Do the above exercise to recover your strength.
