It takes minimum half an hour to recover arousal. For some it takes more time for others like younger ones, it takes less time. So wait for half an hour before you try again.
Baby steps;Keep small goals. First just keep penis near her vagina as long as you can. Do not enter. Do this for several days. Next step  can be keep your penis head inside as deed as you can do easily. Splitting up your goals will help you. Ultimately, you will reach your goal of full intercourse. This technique depends on your partner's cooperation. you can masturbate her after each session if she wants. This something like reaching your goals gradually. This is recommended by sexologists.

Thnk you. I hope to reduce my anxiousness to 'satisfy' her...  This morning, I penetrate easily as she helped me to insert... But while I was trying to delay expulsion of sperm, my penis got "tired" and came out.

Also, To get another erection is hard for me, as I go hungry after first round, why?

Actually, I rush tinx, because I  am afraid, the penis will go flat if I delay.
