penis pain and thinning

hi im 21 years old, for about a year i've the condition started as a change in penis direction when erected with no pain and normal erections, overtime i started to lose girth and erections getting weaker, i'm also noticing that the veins on my penis became more obvious, my doc asked for urine test and said that i have infection plus he gave me a natural male enhancer drug, but i'm still have the same symptoms.. any idea?! .. i did varicocelectomy and i have MVP

It sounds like Peyronie's disease.

my urologist examined me clinically and he said nothing about pyronies .. what else could it be?
