Has anyone found any solution to this?
Also going through this, the level of anxiety and depression is very extreme. Have many similar symptoms as most of you. This thread seems somewhat dead though... Has anyone thought maybe a torn or partially torn suspensory ligament??
I’m currently going through the exact same thing. Did any of you find a solution to this?
This thread kind'a makes you cherish the fact that your gear still works after 54 years, not without some help though.
Wow, this is like I wrote this myself! I have been suffering from the exact same for the last 3 years now. Im a 24 year old male. Symptoms include: Penis and scrotum are numb like rubber , there is 0 sensation down there. Complete loss of morning and spontaneous erections. Erection can only occur with physical stimulation, when stimulation is gone, the erection goes down in about 4-5 seconds. I also can not "RAISE" my penis like how you explain. I used to be able to keep a hard erection just from thinking about a woman, and her smell. It would make more blood go to it. This does not happen anymore. It also seems that my scrotum is always super tight and narrow. Everytime I go to the washroom to take a ****, I can sit on the toilet for 30 minutes , but once I zip up and go sit down/bend over, out comes some more, over the day this adds up to an uncomfortable wet stain. I also have the feeling of urine trapped in urethra, tip of penis. Right scrotum and right vas deferns, also feel enflamed/ cold.
After 2 years of several doctors/urologists/neurologists/endocrinologists I do not have any answer, so I started to search the net. .... This is very annoying, at first I thought I had cauda equina syndrome because of the lack of sensation in the genitals, and the dripping of urine after urination. Then I came across people that used propecia/finasteride/anti deprresants. I have not used any of these in my life, nor have i used steroids or testosterone cream. I believe this started in june 2016 but I didn't even get a grasp what had happened to me until about 3-4 months later.
It was at this time I found it strange that my penis was unresponsive. It does not even move in my pants. I do not have to wash my penis anymore as there is no discharge of semen like before either! I also have low semen volume and force, when before it used to shoot out. The feeling of ejaculation also feels numbed down. Penis feels light and full of air at times also, with a cold feeling at the tip. Strange body odor too with lack of sweat from armpits, groin/scrotum.
Cliffs: Testosterone is normal at 700's various times now. DHT (Dihydrotestosterone is low at 220 (300-850) E2 (estradiol) also seems low at 12 (11.5-35) DHEA-s is elevated as well as liver enzymes ALT & GGT. Billirubin and uric acid also elevated.
Spina bifida l5-s1, Minor herniation at l1-l2.
Neurologist says back problems that I have are in the spot that give sensation to genitals. Neurosurgeon ruled out nerve compression from MRI said it must be hormonal.
First endo said I have normagonadotrophic hypogonadism, second said this is nonsense, that its my "carriers" (SHBG) that is low not my testosterone. "Come back in a month with new bloods and you will get injections/cream) I came back the next month with almost identical bloods and he said it must be in my head!?
After 4-5 urologists and many prostate examinations, the final one offered me PROSTAMOL UNO (saw palmetto) which I rejected as many have gotten to my place thanks to saw palmetto.
Completely lost here, and discouraged. I have tried zinc, magnesium, creatine but with no help..
Hello,
I have had the exact same symptoms as you for the last 3 years: the problem came on overnight - I literally had healthy sex the entire week, and then one day I could not keep an erection nor ejaculate. My penis felt numb and retracted, pelvic floor felt tensed, uncomfortable, and unable to relax. When I approached orgasm I felt discomfort in my stomach below the naval and above the pubic bone, as though something were pinched or clogged that prevented me from climaxing.
This went on for a year or more. My sex life diminished greatly - I could only maintain a 60% erection, could barely orgasm, and my sex drive dropped off completely. After a year or so my erections improved on their own to about 70%, but I still struggled to orgasm. Prostate and other exams were normal.
While looking for an answer to this problem, I came across some literature about the male pelvic floor, basically saying that it can remain in a constant "charley horse" and create all the symptoms I suffered from. I could feel this to be true in my case - it was not that I could not TENSE the area when I squeezed there, it was that I could not RELAX the area fully, which kept me from effectively contracting the area to flex my erection and achieve orgasm.
Kegel exercises flex and tense the muscle. I could flex my pelvic floor but not relax it, therefore kegels did not help. What I felt like I needed was some kind of reverse kegel exercise that would stretch the pelvic floor down and out from the inside and cause it to relax.
This is what I came up with and it has worked wonders for me:
Find a solid point on a piece of furniture below naval height - I use the corner of the kitchen counter. Lean into the point so that it pushes into the soft spot midway between your naval and pubic bone. Push in only an inch or so - you don't have to go hard, just enough to take the tension off of that area. Now push your bowels down like your are trying to pass gas or a BM. You do not have to push hard, but relax the area downward. You should feel pressure pushing downward toward your anus and outward behind your penis.
I noticed that if I held this for five minutes or so, I could fully relax that area for the next several hours in a way I hadn't before. I have used this method as a form of physical therapy and do it for five minutes three or four times a day. If I do it before sex or masturbation, I find that my performance and experience improve dramatically. It has not totally cured me yet, but it has helped enough that I can't do without it.
Try it out and let me know. Hope this helps while we look for a lasting cure.

Newton02, have u seen improvement?
I think it is some form of peyronies plaque that has built up from a small injury. The plaque is is scar tissue which is harder than normal tissue. Kind of like rubber. I went to 3 urologist, got and ultrasound and an MRI but they couldn't find anything. I do have a visible white ring around my shaft that looks like it could be plaque but the urologist have been no help. My primary doctor put me pintoxiphillin. This is supposed to help break up the plaque and hopefully return me close to normal again.
Hello, I think I might know the problem as I have the same problem and have done a lot of research. I think we are experiencing symptoms of a hard flaccid which isn't a problem in the penis itself which is why urologists can't detect it. The problem is in the pelvic floor muscles being in constant spasm thus causing the side effects and chronic pelvic pain (for me) luckily there is a cure for this. Relax the pelvic muscles and also buy a TENS unit, do some research on how to use it... basically it sends electrical pulses throughout muscles to stimulate and heal them.
I have been reading a lot of people with the same synthoms (los sex Drive, can't get erection even with porn...) and almost ever they have been taking any of this meds anytime in the past:
-SSRI (Antidepressants)
-Propecia/Finasteride (Anti-hairloss)
-Accutane (Anti-acné)
What about all of you?
I have the same exact problem have been suffering for 8 years. Penis shrunk over night and my sex drive is gone. Have been seeing urologists and endos and havent gotten any answers yet. Anyone know whats wrong with us??
I've been going through a lot of the same symptoms. Rubbery, no life, can't flex, really small when I'm soft. I used to masturbate a lot from being stressed in college. Also, have a whitish rubberband looking thing around my penis. No morning erections. I'm going to get a ultrasound soon. I will keep you updated in the results.
Most likely your issue is attributed to nerve damage of the autonomic nervous system. That neverous system is responsible for sexual function as well as urinary, digestive and blood pressure function. It be from a lower back injury of just may be neurological. My advice is just take care of your body and mind if you feel depressed. it won't get better without a possitive attitude nerves can heal themselves it just takes time
I've been having the same issue since May 9th 2015. I had just started smoking pot three months prior. Do any of you smoke, could that have something to do with it? Also, my sex drive was through the roof. Hard very often and very easily. Masturbated fairly often. Another thing, my penis head is usually really cold now.
Have you had any useful hello or diagnosis. I have the same problem. I always suspected it was caused by excessive masturbation and a tight sphincter. I retracted/flexed my penis to induce orgasm and I used to hold back from taking a crap a lot. - I'm lactose intolerant and drank milk products as a kid - this gave me diarrhea and I had to squeeze my sphincter with all I had to hold it back daily while in school for years.
i have the same problem, ive noticed penis is very floppy and dead. and when i pee, it seems to dribble near the end.
THe op, needs to stop watch porn/and mb. The ed was caused by the excessive masturbation 1-3 times ad day, you never told us how long you been doing it.
Hi,
How are you now, I have exactly the same symptoms as Newton02, literally word for word?
Would really like to know what's happening.
take specialised ayurvedic treatment ASAP, for at least 3-4 months....same to pavanbhai ...
your hormonal cycle is locked you need to restart it ..with the help of ayurveda ......once it regulates you can stop medication and focus on good diet and healthy liestyle
there is nothing wrong in taking help of ayurveda than be sorry ..as time passes situation may worse and become incurable....
My personal experience...hurry up buddies....

Hello Dear Doctor
I am 24 years old and i masturbated when i was 18 continuously.
A year back i started feeling many problems due to this addiction and i started trying to quit masturbation but you know that addictions aren't easy to get rid of quickly. Finally almost after a year now i haven't done it for 30 days and i am trying to never do it again.
but the problem is that i am not recovering. I haven't noticed much improvement in the past 20 days. I just need to know whether this damage can be fixed by refraining from masturbation or not. Tell me about any specific diet that i need to take and any specific routine or rest schedule or medicine.
Following are the major symptoms:
- My pelvic muscles have become weak. I feel light pain in my groin, lower back, thighs etc.
- I feel tired and exhausted all the time.
- Weak erections.
- No morning erections as i once used to have.
- The length and girth of my sexual organ has also been reduced when erect.
- loss of sensitivity in the sexual organ.
- pain in all my joints and neck.
- depression
- lack of ability to have a good night sleep.
- concentration and focus problems.
- loss of memory
- unable to perform any heavy physical or mental work
- can't have sex with girl (no erection) i am very worried about my future
life and i will get married soon.
To take the first step i have already stopped masturbating completely
Kindly suggest me ways to recover as quickly as possible. I am not expecting that i will get recovered 100% in a week but there must be some way to speed up my recovery process. I am a student actually and it is so hard for me to see myself losing my grades just like that. when i quit masturbation i was expecting that i would be better in a month or so but it isn't exactly how i presumed it to be. I am drained of a lot of energy and important nutrients i guess.
Please Please Please help me here. God bless you all for doing such a nice job and helping patients without reward
