trauma caused ED?

Hi,

I did two very stupid things.

When I was in the shower, perhaps it was out of curiosity, I gripped my penis and tugged it somewhat hard for a few seconds.

Also, I usually masturbate without lube with no problems. A day after the pulling incident happened, I tried masturbating with lube and gripped my penis somewhat hard and applied a downward pressure to simulate entry into a very tight orifice.

A few days later I can now now only get erections of up to 75-80% and this is with great difficulty, even with porn and I cannot sustain them for more than a few seconds. I have no morning wood either.

Did I injure a nerve or valve or ligament?

I should add that I think sensation has also changed and I have a strange small number feeling on the inside (behind the shaft) to the right.
