Can't move my arms

Hi, I am a 17 year old male and I went to the gym recently. While waiting for my father to come pick me up from the gym I continued to work out on my upper body and arms. I was there for around 2 hours just doing that. It's been a week since then and now I can't move my arms to make them straight, they stay in a 45 degree way and it is excruciatingly painful when I try to make them straight or bend them; I basically can't move my arms without any pain and it's making me go absolutely crazy! I need help!

Whoa Hercules... :-)  When you work a muscle it tightens up as a part of the regeneration process. It sounds like you tightened it into a rock. No worries, I've done the same thing. lol Take some ibuprofen, as it works as a low level muscle relaxer, and apply heat for 5-10 minutes. Then do some gentle stretching to try and get the muscle to fully extend. Don't push it or you'll tear something. You can also apply Aspercream, it's like Bengay but without the medicine smell. And next time you hit the gym, make sure you stretch out fully after your workouts.

Why do guys do that?  Start slowly so you can continue working out.  You can't jump from a low level of exercise to a high one without consequences.  There is no reason to do it.  Exercise is only beneficial if you use your head.  You need to work biceps and triceps and all the other opposing muscles in a balanced fashion.  When you are done working out, do gentle, slow stretches.  The process takes time.

You're spending to much time on the same body part!! Take some aspirin  and either soak in a hot tub or apply a heating pad or something like a Ben gay
ointment just be careful to wash your hands don't get the cream in your eyes.
No more than 2-3 sets of 10-12 reps every other day 3 times per week. don't do anything until you're back to normal!!! If within a few days you don't see any
sign of improvement then see your doctor.
