De-toxing electrician who eats healthy and runs

Hi Doctors,
Iam an electrician who has been healthy  and excercising, running. for 37 years.  Now at age 50 Iam have toxins in my neck and head area. I know the two don't mix, running and crawling in dirty attics, cellars, crawl spaces, but now I have some how get toxins out of my head.  I have been detoxing now for about 3 weeks now and I still fight with my head, to get the toxins out. If it is time I need I will stay with it for as long as I have to, but a pizza sure would be good right now, but for now until when ever it will be water and salad.  If you have and ideas that will help get 30 years of dirt out of my head I would be thankful.  I do run 5 miles a day with a dull pain ontop of my head.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, I have read your symptoms carefully and feel that this matter needs to be discussed with your doctor personally. I recommend that you visit your doctor soon to get help. Your symptoms will definitely get better with medication. All you need to do is just clearly tell your doctor that you have so-and-so symptoms. He will do the necessary examination and referral if required. I hope this helps you. All the best to you and I'll wait for your comments here after you visit your doctor. Regards.

There could be several things that could be causing your problem. How do you know that you need to detox? Even though you are only drinking water and eating salad doesn't mean you are going to flush out all the toxins in your body. There are several detoxifying cleansers on the marker that can help clean out your system. Chiroclenz is a good cleanser, its a tea that you can drink. Or you may want to try the master cleanse which is water, lemon, honey, and chili pepper. You only drink this for several days and it cleanses the whole system.
However, it sounds like your problem may be due to other things. As an electrician you are required to move in small spaces and weird positions. Bending, twisting and lifting are normally causes of misalignments in the spine. Normally the symptoms of misalignments are noticeable however because you are healthy and active your symptoms could have been minimal or not even noticeable. The pain you are feeling could be caused by a misalignment in the cervical spine causing a pinched nerve in your neck. Pinched nerves in the neck can cause headaches, pain of any kind, numbness, tingling, burning, tightness, stiffness, etc. By getting a chiropractic adjustment the doctor can realign the vertebrae and relieve your symptoms. Relief is normally relatively instant depending up the case.
I would recommend seeing a chiropractor, who can take an xray of your neck and see if there are any misalignments.
