Hey so I'm a teenager and trying to loose weight for summer, and I was wondering if any of you know the best, most fastest way possible to loose weight? I know this just doesn't happen over night, but I NEED to get in shape as quickly as possible! Thanks for your time :)
Hi, I just wanted to also add this-- from my experience. If any weight loss regime you take on is not something you can sustain for the long term day to day, it's not worth it. You will just gain the weight back. You have to look at long term things you can do and live with. Examples, I cut back on sugar and added in much healthier choices that I like. I have one cheat day a week where I can have my sugary snacks if I want them. This works for me and has for a very long time. Our bodies natural reaction is to try to go back to our last highest weight. So, you have to defend any weight loss with all you've got. So, when looking for a way to lose weight, don't go with quick fixes as that won't last. Slow and steady wins the race with weight loss. goodluck
Dear henna, its nice that you are aware of your weight and shape in right time.For proper weight loss you need to have patience and hard work.I tell you few tips here which will prove helpful to you:
1.Drink water,3 litres per day.
2.Practice yoga,walking or gym etc.
3.Avoid junk food as much as possible.
4.Every morning drink warm water+lemon juice+honey.Its a very effective remedy for quick weight loss.
I suggest you not to loose too much weight quickly, it may effect on your health. Take controlled diet and exercise regularly.
You can also take Regenon pills, its a nice appetite suppressant support your weight loss activity and control hunger.
