I need help gaining weight!!

Ok I'm 22 years old, I'm 63 inches tall and I am 94 lbs and I can not seem to be gaining any weight. I'm drinking my husband's protein drinks with whole milk in the morning, I am eating crackers with peanut butter on them, I eat so much food....and I can't seem to get past 94 lbs :0( any suggestions?

You have to calculate your BMI. As you can see you are below your normal BMI.

For this you should understand your metabilic rate. Some people have high metabolic rate as you are agile, always doing some kind of work and very physical and that explains you how you lose calories.

For proper weight you have to exercise and increase you muscle mass by also consuming enought of protein. We advice you to go to a dietician and plan accordingly and follow up with a physical trainer.
