Hi,
How are you?
Regular exercise, plenty water and some amount of oil like olive oil or flax seed oil will help.
You can also discuss this with your dietician, may be you can switch to some other plan.
I have been also on low carb diet for awhile now and everything works great. My blood sugar is normalized and I lost considerable weights too. During the first days of my low-carb diet, I felt bloated too. Take this as a transition period, also since low carb means ingesting more vegetables, some vegs like spinach does cause bloating for me. Increasing fat and meat servings help me a lot. Bloating could also mean you lack some enzymes for particular types of food. Experiments with various food to see which ones most suitable for your digestion.
For me it's the carbs that give me that bloated feeling. I agree to make sure you are getting enough roughage in your diet too. For me carbs tend to build up in my system and gives me that bloated feeling. But then I'm diabetic. Maybe if you are not diabetic it may affect you differently. Perhaps your body craves a certain amount of carbs that you are not providing.
