cataract, Rezoom, Laskik

I had cataract, Rezoom lenses in both my eyes, vitrectomy and now Lasik on one eye.  Can't see very well in low light.  Vision still blurry and I use artificial tears constantly.  Seem kind of off balance as one eye is distance and one near.  Do the halos get better.  I'm afraid to drive at night because I can't see correctly.  Thanks for any imput,

Do you have an update?  I am 52 and had implant of rezoom in right eye on 10/31/2007 and not good results.  I believe it was my dominant eye, yet dominancy switched to my left because of the problems.  Left eye is far sighted and has a growing cataract.  Still blurry at low light conditions yet can read at 10-12 inches at this light level.  Give me bright light and no can do.  Out side is wonderful, however night and low light is still nightmares for  halos and blurriness at three months.  DR. has given drops for glaucoma to restrict dialation to combat night time effects on driving,  The results are wonderful for time being, but becomes eyestrain and dryness by morning.  I'm thinking explant to mono from the responses in these forums. I'm just scared of loosing any near vision I have.
