3yr old Daughter Eyesight
Today, we got my 3 yr old daughter eye check up and we came to know she has to wear glasses. Right eye -3.5 and left eye -4.5. How about is that? I am totally in tears to hear, poor little kid needs glasses which is very hard to maintain in that age.
First of all the glasses RX does not tell us anything about the vision or health of the eye. However if the child is myopic as the glasses RX suggests her eyes will not develop properly nor will she have good eyesight as adult without glasses and proper eye care. When she is older contact lens or refractive surgery might get her out of glasses. Know this problem often runs in families so have other children checked.
