It was poor on the lower right corner for my left eye.  Doctor told me that I have  mild Karetoconus. My question is: Is  visual field test correct way to determine Karetoconus ?

All replie appreciated !!

No k-conus is diagnosed from the exam of the eye and corneal topography. See an eye MD that specializes in cornea disease.

I have been diagnosed with K-Conus for over 10 years.  Is surgery and contact lense the only way to treat this disease.  And if surgery is one of these ways of correctiveness then what would have to be done.  How would surgery correct this condition?

If glasses and contacts don't work a full thickness corneal transplant is done, that removes the cone and replaces it with a spherical healthy cornea.
