I'm ending this discussion thread. You need to communicate with your surgeon.

Does having an enhancement pose risks? Scare tissue?
It varies from surgeon to surgeon but most wait weeks to months for things to settle down and are stable.

How soon can a person have an enhancment after the origional surgery?
Ideally you would be 20/20 without correction. Remember that many lasik patients need enhansements to fine tune their results.

Where should I be ideally after 7-10 days?
Stay with the program. Things can change dramatically in the first 7-10 days.

Just got back from my day after appointment. All he would say is the flap looked good and I "roughly" had 20/25 vision in my right eye and 20/30 in my left. Is this typical? Is it possible to get better? I have read so many stories of how people have seen 20/15 right after surgery. And my prescription was not that bad to begin with. It was 3.0 in right eye and 2.5 in left eye. My right eye had asstigmatism. My left eye does not. But the procedure seemed to work on my right eye but not my left. I am just frustrated I almost whish I had stayed with contacts. I just dont know what to do.
It will be several weeks before the final result is known. If you are undercorrected then a laser enhancement can be done to further correct the eye.
