Are my eye issues related to my injury or surgery?

I am 37 y/o male who had eye trauma, detached retina, and vitrectomy with gas bubble almost 8 weeks ago. I am currently on Cambigan and Dorzolamide drops 2x daily and take 0.5 Xanax at night. I only get slighy pain from time to time in my eyebrow region. I do get a numb/swollen feeling of my eye throughout the day. My pupil in injured eye is slightly larger than my uninjured eye. My vision was last tested at 20/40. I can see out of my injured eye but I feel like there are spots that I can NOT get to focus. I have a hard time seeing in shaded or dark areas. I also feel like I can see colors, but not as vibrant in my injured eye.

Does this sound like a case of possible optic nerve damage or something else? Maybe just healing from the traumatic injury and operation?

Thank you!

In most cases its the trauma and important to understand your eye may not make a full recovery.
