Astigmatism? Change in axis?

Hello... I've been suffering quite hard from eye problem.

I've been to hospital.. only to hear that they do not know what may be causing the symptom

1. Symptom.
- Simply put, I have double vision. Astigmatism, yes, I have that too, but there's something more i guess.

The axis of astigmatism seem to be shifting. Doctors have tested me for the axis several times, and the result differed each time.

I have astigmatism on both eyes, but only one of the eyes (the right one) is showing such symptom.

For example, the axis for the right eye was 30, and then 60 about 3 hours later, and so on. It differed by quite a lot.

and when the angle of the vision is changed (that is, if i shift my eye focus to a different place without moving my head much), I realized that I again get a double vision, even after wearing astigmatism adjusted glasses.

There's no regularity in this. The next day, I moved the focus at the same angle, but did not get double vision. instead, this time, it was just blurry.

And my eyes are always tired. In addition to my eyes, the muscles surrounding my eyes (partially my face) are also very tired.

2. Tests

They did the MRI on me, and found no problem with my brain.

They tested me for myasthenia gravis as well - the test result, negative.

They've checked both my eye balls - they are fine too.

3. What I do

I look into the computer screen at least 9 hours a day. It's been two years since i took this job.
The symptom is there, even when I'm not using the computer.

Please help me... suggest anything...

Shifting astigmatism is most likely due to a corneal problem.  Try to see if frequent tears help.  See a corneal specialist.
