Aura in both eyes followed by pain behind eyes?

Hello,
I have been facing this issue for quite a while now but it has started to happen more often now, so i have decided to take expert feedback.

I have searched over the internet and this seems like a migarine with aura but i will go ahead and explain ny symptoms.

I get visual disturbances, normally it starts with a dot of weird flashy zig zag lines and then it expands to large part of the vision and ultimately fades out of the vision in around 20 minutes followed by a headache behind the eyes. Now the problem is that my pain is totally focused behind my eyes rather than a headache, the zig zag flashes are in both eyes rather than a single eye. The pain stays for a while and is very disturbing, some other minor symptoms i includes loss of appetite and sensitivity to light s specially flashy lights.
I would really like to know what could it be?  Is it a migraine or something else?

It could be migraine and at your age most likely is but these symptoms can occassionally be caused by disease of the heart, brain, eye, or blood vessels and deserve a proper evaluation by your physicians.
