Your options seem straight-forward:
1. turn the new glasses in and ask for your money back
2. You've giving it "time" and that hasn't worked
3. If you are happier with your old RX ask that the old RX be put in the nex glasses. Usually the first change if made within 30-60 days is done at "no charge". this means not only the same RX as the old glasses but other characteristics of the lens such as same base curve.

I also noticed Dr. Hagan that my left seems to focus faster than my right eye. When I close my left eye my right eye can focus in clearly. Do you think this could be the result of the wrong prescription I had used for the last 5 years and it made my right eye lazy or do I need time to get used to the new Rx? What do you think I should do Dr. Hagan? Thank you.
There is no way I can tell you if it is the correct RX or if it was manufactured properly.

What I am getting is ghosting of LED green and blue lights and at night some ghosting of road signs in OD. The Rx for my glasses is OD -4.50/-0.25/005 and OS -3.75/0.25/180 and another Rx I got the other day (but no glasses) was OD -4.75/+0.25/100 and OS -3.75/+0.75/175. I know that it is not a lot of astigmatism correction but could the axis off make that kind of difference to someone never having asitgmatism correction? In the daylight my vision is stellar. I went back the other day to have a glasses recheck and ending up testing with 20/15 vision in both eyes. I told my optometrist about my problems and she said I need to get used to the new Rx. I recently found out I had been overRxed for a long time and it has taken me a while to get used to the new Rx but it has gotten a whole lot better the past few days. What is your opinion Dr. Hagan? Thank you.
There are other possible causes, spherical power off, optical axis not aligned, frame out of alignment, problems with bifocal height, etc.
often main symptom ghost imaging or things tilting or leaning
