Why I feel my eyes are not going well recently? General eye care.

I just deliver a baby for 4months. I have eyestrain(2months), high myopia -6.00, -5.50), little astigma (0.25,0.50), some floater just appear sometime less sometime much. I sometime feel my less eye see better, sometime I feel my right see better than. Can this cause my power change of myopia or astigma? Any tip to make my vision better? Such as Vitamine, food, or eye exceries. Why rub eyes shouldn't do? What are tip to use iPad in safety way?

Update: I have irritated eyelids for above 2weeks. After 10days eyestrain treatment, I can see far items better. But this week , I feel my left eyes is getting worse such it it shows floaters more often. Last 5days, I visit an optics shop to check my eyes. Now my left eye can see with lense -6.00 with astigma -0.50, but it still a bit difficult to read out the letter. I wonder why it become this weak. What can be the cause ? Or it can be the develop of Lazy eye? Can u tell me?
