Baby 6 months with Nystagmus

Hi, My baby, 6 months, dont seem to be able to see. He is not focusing and he is not tracking objects.
2 docs seen him, both said baby got nystagmus. one said that the baby dont have signs that he is looking at anything. another one said need to do more tests. no one is telling me whats going on. how to help my baby?

Hi, Thanks for the comment. I did take him to the hospital ophthalmologist. They did the dilation and look at his pupils and then they said they need another doc to look inside further before they can comment or tell me whats going on. And they ask me to go back in a month time for them to review his condition.
Can you briefly tell me what are they suppose to do so that i could see if they are doing that on my baby.. i really dont like the wait and see method these docs are telling me to.
Will nystagmus be better if my baby grows bigger? THey mentioned he is delayed in development could that also affect him to have nystagmus? Thanks again.
