Bet you haven't heard of anyone like me.

Okay, so I'm a 16 year old girl. I have no sight in my left eye due to a cataract in that eye when I was born. They removed the lense because of the cataract. And my left eye is permanetly dialated. Because of the number of surgeries on my left eye, I have glaucoma. When I was in 4th grade I had headaches every day because the pressure got to be really high. I had it again my freshman year of high school. My eye doctor gave me eye drops for it that keep the pressure down but lately my left eye has been even more red than usual, and it will either be really dry or it will look like I'm half crying. I say half because the left side of my face has tears coming down while the right side is totally normal. In addition to that, my headaches have returned. But they aren't the same dull pain anymore. It's more of a sharp pain that comes and goes. Do you have any idea if it's because of the glaucoma or if it's something else?

Would that also account for the way I've been getting really dizzy?

Unfortunately,  I have seen patients like this.

The tearing is probably due to break down of the corneal epithelium.  You need to get
it checked.
