Blind spots and flashers in both eyes?

Last year I got a concussion but I went to therapy and my eyes were misaligned but nothing like they are today. Last September I got a very bad sinus infection and went out of town for days, and noticed that I started seeing a black spot in both eyes. Those eventually turned into blind spots. Still today I get clogged ears when I wake up, headaches on my eyebrows and sometimes eye pain when I’m congested. I also have bad hyperacusis, tinnitus, and sometimes I’m dizzy. When I cry my ears burn and get clogged now. After I got a sinus infection I also get non stop muscle spasms when I’m just laying down. When I turn my eyes side to side I see weird outlines, and when I go outside I see waterlike outlines in my eyes. Could all this be related to sinus issues?

You have multiple problems going on and I doubt they are all related. You will need to work through them with an ENT physician (hearing/sinus)  Ophthalmologist Eye MD (floaters, eye alignment problems) and probably a general practitioner or internal medicine specialist.

Thank you. I’ve been to many ENT’s and they say I have perfect hearing. I have hyperacusis plus tinnitus which gets worse when I’m congested. But I try to go back to the doctors if my mom lets me.
You don't have perfect hearing if you have tinnitus. I have tinnitus in both ears so I know. Perfect hearing has NO tinnitus. Plus perfect hearing does not include hyperacusis which is abnormal sensitivity to certain sounds and frequencies.    Have you seen an ophthalmologist. What is the deal with your eyes not being aligned?
Sounds like a plan
My eyes were misaligned because of my concussion. I am going to try and go back to the ophthalmologist
The type of ophthalmologist that specilizes in eye muscle problems is called a strabismologist but more commonly called a 'pediatric ophthalmologist" they do adults also
