Blurred Vision after Corneal Abrasion

2 weeks ago my 1 year old daughter scratched my eye. Immediately my vision got blurred. I rushed to the ophthalmologist who put a bandage contact lens on and gave me antibiotic drops. A week later I the scratch had healed but my vision was still blurred. Now two weeks later I have stopped the drops the scratch is healed but my vision is still as blurry as it was when my eye got scratched. Could there be anything else wrong with my as a result of it being poked or is it a matter of patiently waiting for my vision to clear? The eye seems normal, no pain, no irritation, no redness and no tears. The vision was perfectly clear before the incident and remains blurred ever since. Any possible problems?

Thanks

I am going through the same thing. My son poked into my eye 2 weeks ago, it healed fine then i reinjured it when i rubbed it.

It's been blurry ever since the scond injury. I use muro 128 ointment at night. I hope i did not damage anything permanenlty.

Is your vision back to normal?
