Dry eye

what could cause me to have a problem with my eye that makes it feel dry and irritating ? The eye lid looks a little swollen too.

Unless a Eye MD tells your differnt after looking inside your eyes they would be okay also.

Sorry to bother you sir, but I have another question.

You mentioned in some of your posts that running is not bad for people who have high myopia that have a high risk for retinal detachment.  How about pushups and situps?

In most cases having moderate or severe dry eyes means stopping contacts or at least making major reductions in wearing time.

Dr. Hagan:

I was recently diagnosed with dry eyes, would that mean that I need to stop wearing contact lenses.

I wear contact lenses everytime I engage in physical activities.
