Born with one eye bigger then the other

My daughter was born with one eye bigger then the other and I am not sure if it is lazy eye or not? I don't have medical insurance so I am trying to treat it my self. One eye opens wider then the other but they both look as if they are working and looking at the same things. How do I check to make sure both are functioning?
thank you

You cannot treat this yourself. A defnitive diagnosis cannot be make from a photo but it is most likely congenital ptosis (drooping of the lid).

Where do you live? If in the USA you can go to a teaching hospital for treatment even without insurance.

She is 7 weeks old and will be 2 months on the 28th of Aug. I know that they may self correct. Sometimes they are the same size and others they are not. DO you thin that the patch would help?
