Bright spot when blinking- drusen ?

HI am a 35yo highly myopic female. I had lasik performed about 5 years ago.  about 18 months ago I developed some new floaters in my right eye, which turned out to be a small retinal tear...fixed by laser. For a long time now I've had instances of the bright spot when blinking syndrome that I have read so much about on here...and it usually fades away over time.  I had a similar thing start again 2 weeks ago in my "good" eye but has not gone away. Sometimes I see it and sometimes I don't..Went to the opth today and had a dilated exam. Initially he said he saw some fluid in/on my retina, and his assistant mentioned something about CSR...I have read about it so I know what it is. He asked if I was under large amounts of stress lately and I am. He sent me for an OCT which apparently did not show the fluid. He took another look and said he saw a drusen, which he passed off as just a spot.  He told me to come back for a visual field test in a few weeks and to see if there is a blind spot, but he didn't think it would show anything. He mentioned something maybe affecting the optic nerve but didn't elaborate as to what...other than things like lyme disease when I asked. Ok, so I have an appt in two weeks. Everything I read about a drusen suggests AMD. I am hugely concerned about that and whatever else he thinks might be affecting the optic nerve. Can anyone shed some light on this?  I have major anxiety about my eyes (and everything else!!!), am moving in a few months and am totally stressed. I was shaking like a leaf waiting for him in the office today, worrying about a retinal tear or detachment but now I am terrified that I am looking at something even worse potentially. Please help!!!!!

And wouldn't the OCT have seen something like that?

Is that something that I should be concerned about?  Is it related to the drusen? He did not comment on that, other than the fact that it was there.  Thanks.

This could be due to some vitreo retinal traction.  This does not sound like optic nerve disease and I doubt the visual field test will show anything.
