Bubbles in lower eye

Problem is: My daughter's ( just turned 2 yrs )  lower left eyelid - has a less than 1 cm bubble, looks  like gas bubbles or filled with clear fluid. Painless i guess cos this does not bother her at all. I bought her to a GP and was told that it just an allergy. She was given 'Dextracin ' for 2 weeks and had no response. I bought her back and she was given 'Chloramphehicol ' for another 2 weeks also no improvement, I bought to another doctor at Thomson Med. she advice to see an Eye Surgrey as it could be serious. She prescibe her with ' Fucithalmic' cream for  time being. Could you advice is this going to be serious , there is no eye redness, no irritation and this bubbles does not seems to bother her at all. Basically, it's a fluid-filled or gas bubble, that's all. Could you advice ..Thank you.

In the 2-3 weeks since noticing it, the bubble has not grown, has not become painful, and has not changed appearance. But it's not going away either.

Suggestions for further diagnosis and possible self-treatment? Would like to avoid going to hospital due to busy schedule - and lack of medical insurance.

Appreciate your reply,

One last advise from you please.

1.) Will these inclusion cyst affect her eye sight while she grows  ?

2.) Will it cause amblyopia or Anisometropia or even Astigmatism ??

Thank you inadvance ...

It is highly unlikely that drainage will be necessary. Sometime they go away, usually they do not get bigger. Further than that discuss with your pediatrician or ophthalmologist.

Well the most common thing would be an inclusion cyst. No treatment is needed unless it gets big in which case drainage if often done.
