Cloudy Tear Film

I have a cloudy and spotted film in my eyes at all times that I can actually see moving up my cornea in the mirror.  It causes ghosting.  I have to get rid of this.  What are the names of all the conditions that can affect the tear film?  Is it all called dry eye?

Thanks for the response but I wasn't really looking for a personal diagnosis.  I just wanted to know what conditions affect the tear film.  Seems like it's all called dry eye or tear film dysfunction.  There has to be other conditions that can alter the content of the tear film. Right?

I can not tell without an exam.  You can Google dry eyes to find all the associated findings.

See an ophthalmologist.
