Color blind

I undergone an eye test and i was surprised that i was color blind and i've been noticing it but i don't believe it until the result come in. Is there any cure for color blindness? And if yes what can cure it?

Hey, just to reassure you, color blindness is nth, really.. and there is NO cure for it... but u wont really have an issue with it unless u have to distinguish colors, im color blind with red green deficiency... nth to worry about unless you are totally color blind =)

Agree no cure. Some time ago they tried red contact in one eye but most people don't think that's worth the time and effort.

I just want to ask is ishihara is the only way to test color blindness?because i want to have more test about my colorblindness.
