How could I give an opinion from here? If you want another opinion see another ophthalmologist for a second opinion. Find one at www.aao.org

I thought the forum was to offer advice??
We do offer advice. We don't offer opinions. To do so would incur liability in the out of control, junk lawsuit environment in the USA that the ultra wealthy and powerful trial lawyers have created.
So when some one asks for an opinion we have to make it clear we don't give medical opinion.
In your case freckles on the cornea are very rare since the cornea normally does not have pigment cells. You may mean freckles on the iris under the cornea. They are common and generally require no treatment.
If you were advised by a MD ophthalmologist to have it removed its probably a good idea. If it was a optometrist then see an ophthalmologist for a medical opinion.
If it was an Eye MD and you sound like you're not certain get a second opinion. Find one at www.aao.org

Thank you so much for your feedback. I appreciate it. It is a freckle on the cornea, diagnosed by an ophthalmologist. I just needed to hear someone else say surgery is advisable.
