Clicking sound

Why do my eyes make a kind of clicking sound when I look around?

You could have 'tight lids" and be compressing the tear sack, some people have a slight click when they look in the direction of the superior oblique muscle which has a pulley.  You may need to see an ophthalmologist if this is something new.
