Spido can speak for his/her body but for the rest of humanity food does not effect glaucoma.  Exercise will temporarily lower IOP as will alcohol.

Mediciations are a completely diifferent matter steroids can raise IOP and some mediations can percipate angle closure glaucoma in a eye with occludable angles. This is extremely rare and an eye prone to this if identified has a laser iridotomy then they can take the medications.

Diet however is one of the largest health problems world wide both by obesity and the increased rates of cancer, heart disease and other degenerative disease made worse by bad diets.

No its not. Any physcian that would say that is badly misinformed. DIet plays no role in glaucoma.
