I doubt it is part of the sclera. Healing time is very quick, just a few days.
Is the healing time very long? What if it is part of the sclera AND the conjunctiva? Does that happen?
Oh, thank you for your help. I assume since if I put my finger on it and push it can move a little, it's probably on the conjunctiva and not deeper than that.
I am not familiar with a laser to removed a "freckle" from the conjunctiva. Removal with a scissors should be relatively inexpensive. A few hundred dollar?
whether with scissors or a laser, how much would both procedures be?
I talked to one ophthalmologist, and he said it wouldn't be that easy to remove. I think it's thin (since it's harmless) and it's not that big. It looks like one of my other freckles. I just guessed that they would do it with a laser, but wouldn't it be dangerous to remove it with scissors?
Has an ophthalmologist recommended removal with a laser? This is usually in the conjunctiva and can easily be removed with scissors in the office.
