Diffrent sized pupils

Hi,
I am 24 and suffer from severe health anxiety. I recently started taking Effexer and Ativan for the anxiety. The other night at work one of the nurses noticed that my right pupil was bigger than my left, not a big difference in size however this still had my anxiety reach a new level. I had my eyes tested about 1 month ago and they were fine however I did need a low prescription reading glasses. I still notice the different size pupils sometimes but they dilate normally and when I am outside in normal light they are always they same size. Also I spend a lot of time on the computer and haven't been getting much sleep either.

It is normal.  Not all people have equal pupils.  In the absence of any neurological diseases this is normal.
