Blurred Vision After Multifocal Lens Implant

I had Tectris Multifocal lenses implanted six weeks again. My vision is still not clear and I've lost my reading vision (which I had without needing glasses before the procedure).  I had LASIK 15 years ago. My doctor told me beforehand this would not be an issue. Is there any other reason my vision could be so far off. I'm convinced I have the wrong power lenses. Can somebody help me out with answers or questions I should be asking?

Important information is lacking. To answer your question properly would need to know your vision with glasses before surgery, your glasses RX before surgery and your vision now with and without glasses after surgery.

Biggest problem would be is even with glasses you did not see good (20/20) that would indicated a medical problem with your eye. If with glasses you see 20/20 then it likely is a IOL power problem.
