Does this change in axis perscription sound correct?

I recently got my eyes checked for the first time in four years. My prescription was the same accept the axis in my right eye went from 170 in the old prescription to 20 in the new prescription. Does this sound correct or were the numbers perhaps entered incorrectly? How big of an issue is this if I buy glasses and the script is wrong?

What is the cylinder value that goes with that axis value?  If the cylinder is very small it the axis change probably won't be a noticeable difference.

That's a 30 degree axis shift.  No way to tell if real or error.  If you buy glasses and not clear or comfortable after a few days ask for a glasses recheck by the optometrist or ophthalmologist that wrote the glasses RX. usually this is done without charge.
