cataract post surgery

I had my left cataract taken out today and I have a multi focus lense now

When I looked at lights before the operation I did not see the "halo" that everyone talks about .  I now have the halo when I look at lights.  How long will this last??  Can my doctor fix this problem??

I have the same problem.  Doctor says it will go away in a few months as the brain gets accustomed to the new lenses.
